Everything runs client-side and is seeded + replayable. Robots follow the oracle-verified plan — no learned-policy result is claimed. A verdict means "reproducible under this verifier," never "safe." Synthetic layout. An Origin Labs experiment: the same evidence contract in a bounded simulation; the agent reference check is the product. Signed records re-verify in the offline verifier.
