Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Origin Physical AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is Origin’s robot-agnostic physical-AI autonomy layer and operator console for deploying and supervising robot work on real-world floors and facilities. It sits between work orders and robot action, helping robots observe live floor context, plan safe task steps, execute through compatible AMRs, humanoids, and ROS 2-based stacks, and verify completion with operator-grade telemetry, evidence-backed verification, and a replayable audit log. The Service is currently offered for private-pilot use to selected customers under a pilot engagement. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Safety and human-in-the-loop responsibility

Origin is an autonomy and supervision layer, not the operator of your robots or facility. You retain operational control at all times and are solely responsible for on-site safety, supervision, and the robots and personnel you deploy. The Service provides human-in-the-loop controls — including human override, no-go zones, confidence thresholds, task review, and exception handling — but it is your responsibility to use them appropriately.

You are responsible for configuring no-go zones, confidence thresholds, and deployment controls suitable for your environment.
You are responsible for reviewing planned task steps and exceptions, and for exercising human override when needed.
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable safety, labor, and equipment regulations at your sites.
Origin does not assume custody or control of your robots, facilities, or on-site operations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to harm others; (b) attempt to bypass the Service’s security, rate limits, or access controls; (c) use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; (d) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Service to develop a competing product by copying it.

5. Third-party services and robots

The Service integrates with third-party robots, hardware, and software (for example, AMR and humanoid platforms, ROS 2-based stacks, and infrastructure providers). Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their operation, availability, or safety.

6. Intellectual property

Origin and its content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Task plans, telemetry, and verification outputs are decision-support tools for supervising robot work; they are not certifications or guarantees of safety, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Origin is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
